The victim in this homicide is identified as 38-year-old Brian Vinge. The Medical Examiner confirmed the manner and cause of death to be homicide by gunshot wound. Mr. Vinge’s family has been notified of his death, and they have provided the attached photograph for public release. The family is requesting privacy at this time.
