Phil Stilton
Phil is the sole owner and editor of Shore News Medial Ltd. Co., operator of Shore News Network. Phil is a Gulf War era veteran of the United States Marine Corps and in 1996, got his media start with the Asbury Park Press helping to bring the print newspaper online and to help launch hyperlocal news platforms across New Jersey. Phil has worked in the media and internet media industry since 1996. Phil was the editor of JTOWN Magazine (2010-2020), a 24,000 circulation monthly magazine, the Ocean Signal, a 30,000 circulation bi-weekly newspaper and a news photographer. Phil’s photography has been featured in hundreds of worldwide newspapers, magazines, cable television networks, and news broadcasts. Phil has 25 years of experience in print and online media and technology. From 1988-1989 Phil was the editor of Jersey Scene magazine, an underground New Jersey music magazine at the age of 15 with a quarterly circulation of 2,000 copies.
