FREDERICA, DE – Delaware State Police arrested Charles Drummond III, a 55-year-old New Castle resident, on felony gun charges during a traffic stop early this morning in Frederica. Today, at approximately 12:54 a.m., troopers observed a Chrysler 300 swerving out of its lane multiple times on SR-1, north of Bowers Beach Road. Upon stopping the vehicle, troopers noticed signs of impairment in Drummond and initiated a DUI investigation.
