Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 8605 Westheimer Road
October 3, 2022 – Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 8605 Westheimer Road about 9:10 p.m. on Saturday (October 1).
The identity of the male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Ledford and E. Torres reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found the victim lying on the sidewalk. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects.
