BOSTON – A Texas man was indicted by a federal grand jury today for allegedly staging a hoax explosion at Northeastern University in Boston and providing law enforcement with materially false and misleading information about the incident. Jason Duhaime, 45, formerly of San Antonio, was indicted on one count of intentionally conveying false and misleading information related to an explosive and two counts of making materially false statements to a federal law enforcement agent.
