Police arrested Max Hartley, 19, after he allegedly attacked the 59-year-old drummer — who lost his left arm in a single-car rollover crash on New Year’s Eve 1984 — outside of the Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale on Monday, a day after the band played at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, according to authorities.
