The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 28-year-old endangered missing person Diamond Bowen. She was last seen on Friday, February 24, 2023, at Suburban Station.
She is 5′ 6″, 180lbs, medium brown complexion, medium build, brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing a tan cream hoodie, black jeans, black sneakers. She likes to frequent the area of Suburban Station and Hub of Hope located at 14XX block of Arch Street.
